1. Seven-day full refund
For a TuneSteps access purchase, request a full refund within seven days (7 × 24 hours) of the purchase timestamp on your Stripe receipt. The refund covers the amount actually paid for that purchase, whether you bought introductory or regular access. Using the lessons or analysis tools does not disqualify you. You do not need to give a reason.
The date and time you send the request determine whether it is within the window; processing time does not shorten your eligibility. This is a one-time purchase, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
2. How to request it
Email tunelabservice@gmail.com with the subject Refund request. Use your purchasing email when possible and include your receipt or purchase date so we can locate the payment. Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or sign-in code. We may ask for enough information to verify the purchase.
Email a refund request ↗3. What happens next
We review the request and confirm the outcome by email. Eligible refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; a refund may not appear immediately after it is issued.
Access granted by the refunded purchase ends when the refund is processed. Local notes and exported reports are not automatically deleted. If the same account has a separate active purchase, that purchase can still provide access. Do not buy again merely to fix a login problem—contact us first.
4. Duplicate charges, access problems, and later requests
If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect, or you paid but cannot access the lab, contact tunelabservice@gmail.com promptly, even if seven days have passed. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. After seven days, change-of-mind requests are outside this voluntary refund window; that does not remove legal rights relating to a defective or undelivered service.
There is no requirement to waive rights concerning your bank or payment provider. A dispute can temporarily revoke the associated lab access while it is reviewed.
5. Scope and updates
This policy covers access purchased from TuneSteps at tunesteps.com. External software, hardware, vehicle licenses, parts, and purchases made with linked vendors are governed by those vendors’ policies. No individual vehicle tuning or diagnosis is included with TuneSteps access.
This version is dated October 21, 2026. A later policy change will not reduce the refund window that applied to your purchase. TuneSteps operates from Roseburg, Oregon, United States. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
